Terms and Conditions
1. Initial Provisions
IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA-EPP, CNPJ 30.715.703/0001-67, holds the rights of use and intellectual property of the Gospel Love application (brand, domain, logo, and all content of the service provision), which was created to provide interaction and relationship services for the Christian, evangelical, and similar audience.
Aware of the rapid changes and development in information technology, the Gospel Love application intends to keep up with new technologies to provide comfort, a better experience, and full satisfaction to its users.
These Terms and Conditions of Use were created in accordance with Brazilian constitutional and legal principles — including the Civil Code, applicable regulations, and the rights and duties governing internet use in Brazil.
Users are subject to the principles of autonomy of will, contractual relativity, pacta sunt servanda, and both subjective and objective good faith in their relationship with Gospel Love.
2. Contracting Modalities
Users may use Gospel Love through two non-cumulative modalities, at their discretion: Basic User (free, no monthly fee) or Premium User (subject to a monthly fee, plans, and benefit packages).
The value and duration of Premium plans are clearly presented at the time of purchase and can be reviewed at any time through the “My Plan” menu inside the app.
Premium benefits may be added, removed, or replaced at any time and at Gospel Love's discretion, without prior notice, provided at least three (3) advantages are offered simultaneously to Premium subscribers.
Voluntary cancellation by a Premium User does not entitle them to a refund of amounts already paid, due, or to become due.
If Gospel Love disconnects a Premium User for violating these Terms or for improper conduct, no refund is owed and no prior notice is required.
3. Assent and Agreement to these Terms
By registering, the user declares to have read and understood these Terms, which take immediate effect from registration and first access to the app.
These Terms may be updated periodically for legal or operational reasons. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes unequivocal agreement with the revised Terms.
Users will be notified via the app or registered email when Gospel Love deems it necessary, and are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.
4. Capacity and Interaction with Users
Users must have full legal capacity and be at least 18 years old.
By registering, the user confirms they are over 18 and will comply with this contract and all applicable Brazilian legislation.
The user confirms they have not been convicted of sexual offenses, homophobia, sexual violence, sexual harassment, racism, or any form of religious intolerance, as defined by Brazilian law.
The user acknowledges sole civil and criminal responsibility for their interactions with other users. Gospel Love does not perform criminal background checks, but may review conversations, posts, and registration data at any time to identify violations of this contract — the user expressly authorizes this.
Gospel Love may automatically block profiles that receive reports from more than one user. A blocked user who disagrees may contact support to contest the report; Gospel Love will review the matter within 15 business days. If no violation is found, the profile is unblocked and, for Premium users, compensated with additional Premium days equal to the blocked period.
Gospel Love is not liable for false, defamatory, or slanderous reports — responsibility for these lies solely with the reporting user.
Gospel Love respects the social inclusion of all individuals regardless of religious belief, sex, gender, or race.
5. Registration on the Gospel Love Application
By registering, the user authorizes the use of the information provided and commits to keeping it true, accurate, and up to date.
The user is fully responsible for the confidentiality of their login, password, and other credentials, and for all activity on their account.
Users should check their email (including spam folders) for notifications, confirmations, or corrections requested by Gospel Love.
Each profile is personal, individual, and non-transferable, limited to one profile per email or registration method.
Profile content — login, name, data, photos, and posts — must not contain anything illegal, contrary to morality and good manners, or that infringes religious freedom.
If a user suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must contact Gospel Love support immediately.
6. Account Deletion and User Data
All users are free to delete their account, and consequently their associated data, at any time.
Deletion can be done directly inside the app. See our Account Deletion page for the detailed steps and alternative ways to request deletion.
After deletion, all identifying data (including name and email) is permanently removed from Gospel Love's database servers. Some non-identifying information may be retained for statistics and analysis by IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA.
7. Service Provision
Gospel Love provides an interaction and relationship service for the Christian/Evangelical audience and similar, free or paid, at the user's discretion and subject to acceptance by Gospel Love administrators.
Gospel Love aims for the well-being of all users, free from prejudice of origin, religious creed, race, sex, gender, color, age, or any other form of discrimination.
Gospel Love is not responsible for the outcome of conversations, unfounded reports, or personal encounters and interactions between users, within the limits of the social function of this contract.
8. Service Changes and Termination
New features may be added over time to improve the product; changes that do not affect rights or obligations may be made without prior notice.
Gospel Love may cancel free (Basic) service at any time without notice, and may cancel paid (Premium) service with a proportional refund of amounts paid.
Users may terminate this contract at any time by deleting their account, without any right to a refund of amounts already paid, due, or to become due.
Cancelling or suspending a Premium subscription and its recurring payments is the user's responsibility, done through the Google Play or App Store platform.
Gospel Love may cancel Basic or Premium accounts for violations of these Terms, without refund and without prior notice, terminating this contract.
9. Personal Rights and Grants to Users
Gospel Love grants users a license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the following conditions:
- Personal and non-commercial use only, except with Gospel Love's express authorization;
- Compliance with Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9.610/1998);
- No transmission of viruses, malicious cookies, or code that could compromise security or privacy;
- No disruption of Gospel Love's services, servers, or technology;
- Consent for Gospel Love to use data and media provided by the user, per our Privacy Policy;
- Respectful, decorous conduct toward representatives, partners, and third parties associated with Gospel Love, in line with the good manners expected in a Christian relationship app.
10. Obligations and Rules of Use
Within the Gospel Love community, users agree to:
- Use only their own account, never another user's;
- Use the application for its intended purpose;
- Keep any other user's data confidential and never disclose it to third parties;
- Act with honesty and integrity toward Gospel Love, its partners, and other users;
- Not include emails, phone numbers, addresses, or other identifying/contact details in profiles before a match occurs;
- Not upload sexually suggestive, illicit, or third-party photos;
- Use only clear, personal photographs;
- Never post nudity or expose intimate body parts — such content is removed without prior notice;
- Keep personal data and information up to date;
- Never post content that violates Brazilian criminal law, including content related to pedophilia, racism, discrimination, defamation, hate crimes, or attacks on religious freedom or human dignity;
- Not use the app for unauthorized commercial promotion, advertising, or marketing of any product or service;
- Not threaten or intimidate any user;
- Not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including under Law No. 9.610/1998;
- Understand that a ban or suspension for violating these rules does not entitle the user to create a new account or receive a refund of any Premium amounts paid;
- Report violations, fraud, or abuse through the app's reporting feature, understanding that reports may result in automatic blocking, and that reporting users are solely responsible for false, slanderous, or prejudiced reports.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA-EPP is the sole owner of the rights to use and the intellectual property of the Gospel Love website/application — brand, domain, logo, and all related content.
Copying, exploiting, reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, licensing, or any other personal or commercial use of this content is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA-EPP.
12. Jurisdiction
These Terms constitute a service contract between Gospel Love and its users to promote interactions and relationships over the internet.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the Regional Forum XV — Butantã, in São Paulo/SP, Brazil.
13. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Brazilian constitutional and legal provisions and applicable international treaties to which Brazil is a signatory.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
By registering and using the app, the user declares having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
