1. Initial Provisions
Gospel Love aims to create interactions and relationships among the Christian/Evangelical audience, promoting virtual encounters between people with similar beliefs and objectives, with constant care for the security of its users.
This Privacy Policy explains our guidelines, rules, and recommendations for keeping the private information of our users confidential, in accordance with applicable Brazilian data protection legislation. We recommend reading it in full.
2. Registration, Account, and Profile
Registration, account, and profile data are entirely personal, exclusive, and non-transferable. The user's access password is exclusive, confidential, and encrypted before being stored — only the user and Gospel Love can change it.
We recommend using hard-to-guess passwords and changing them at least every three months.
Users must immediately notify Gospel Love support of any suspected misuse of their account. Users are solely responsible for all activity on their account.
Any information not visible to other users through the shared profile is treated as private. Users are fully responsible for what they choose to publish on their public profile (religion, general data, biography, appearance, desired profile, and similar fields).
Gospel Love is committed to using appropriate technology to protect private and confidential user data and to prevent unauthorized access.
Private information is kept strictly confidential, except where required by law or in cases of force majeure. Credit card data is never stored on our servers — it is handled entirely by the relevant financial institutions and payment processors.
Once registration is complete, the data provided (and any data added afterward) is used to provide Gospel Love's services and is stored on our servers and databases.
3. How Gospel Love May Use Your Data
Gospel Love reserves the right, at any time, to:
- Use users' emails and registration data to send notifications and announcements about its own products and services, as well as those of advertisers and partners;
- Use public and private user data in aggregate to generate statistics, for any purpose, while always preserving individual privacy;
- Edit or adjust user profiles and registrations when errors or issues are found regarding this Privacy Policy or the Terms and Conditions;
- Delete or block, even inadvertently, any Basic or Premium profile that violates moral principles or good conduct expected of this Christian community;
- Disclaim any civil or criminal liability for problems or conflicts between users, inside or outside the app, arising from content, images, or messages exchanged between users — which remain the users' sole responsibility.
4. Image Collection and Use
Image collection: Gospel Love collects image data from users to improve the user experience and increase safety. This includes photos taken by the user and images uploaded through the app. Image collection is carried out transparently.
Image use: collected images are used to build the user's profile and as a non-verbal communication tool within private chat. We do not share these images with third parties without the user's express consent, except as required by law. All images are stored and processed securely, following information security best practices.
5. User Data Deletion
All users are free to delete their account, and consequently the associated data, at any time.

After deletion, all data that could identify the user — including name and email — is permanently removed from our database servers. Some non-identifying information may remain for statistical and analytical purposes by IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA.
6. Final Provisions
All Gospel Love users should treat each other with courtesy, respect, and good manners within our virtual community.
By registering and first accessing the app, the user automatically declares acceptance and full awareness of this Privacy Policy.
Gospel Love is owned by IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA-EPP, headquartered in São Paulo, which holds all rights of use and intellectual property (trademark, domain, logo, and all content of the service).
