1. Initial Provisions:
The Gospel Love application aims to create interactions and relationships among the Christian/Evangelical public, promoting the virtual meeting of people with similar beliefs and objectives, always with constant care and improvement of its PRIVACY POLICY, in order to ensure the greatest security for its users.
In this sense, the purpose of this document is to clarify to users of the Gospel Love application its guidelines, rules, and recommendations, with the aim of maintaining the confidentiality of all private information of its customers in accordance with the current Brazilian legislation. It is highly recommended that all users of this community read this document in its entirety.
2. User Registration, Account, and Profile:
Both the registration, account, and profile of our users are entirely personal, exclusive, and non-transferable. Any form of use by third parties is prohibited, and the user’s access password is exclusive, confidential, and non-transferable. Users can access their profiles and make changes to their personal data and other information within the Gospel Love application only through this password, which is encrypted by the Gospel Love application before being stored on the servers, and only the user and Gospel Love will have access to change the password.
It is highly recommended that users create access passwords using combinations of numbers and letters that are difficult for others to identify, and it is also recommended to change the password every 3 (three) months at most.
Users must immediately notify Gospel Love through its customer support channels if they notice any issues related to their password, especially if they notice any misuse of their account by third parties. It is the sole responsibility of the user for all activities that occur on their account.
Any information or data provided by the client to the Gospel Love application that is not available for viewing by other users through the shared profile will be considered private. The user is fully responsible for the information published through the completion of their public profile (Religion, General Data, Biography, Appearance, Desired Profile, among others).
The Gospel Love application is committed to always seeking to offer its customers high technology to protect private information and confidential data of its users, constantly working to prevent unauthorized access and use of such information by unauthorized individuals.
Private information will be kept absolutely confidential, except in cases of contrary judicial determinations or force majeure. Data related to credit card numbers will not be stored on our servers and databases, and their use is entirely the responsibility of financial institutions, banks, credit card companies, and companies responsible for verifying the provided data.
After completing their registration on the Gospel Love application, the data provided and all future data added by the user to the Gospel Love application are freely granted for use by Gospel Love’s proposed services, being stored in its database and servers.
The Gospel Love application reserves the full right to:
a. use the emails and registration data of its users to send notifications and advertisements for its own products and services, those of its advertisers, and its partners;
b. use the public and private data of users collectively to generate statistics, which may be used by Gospel Love for any purpose, always maintaining the individual privacy of the user;
c. edit or alter profiles and registrations of its users when errors or inadequacies in this PRIVACY POLICY or the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE are identified (https://gospellove.com.br/termos-e-condicoes/);
d. inadvertently delete or block any profile (Basic or Premium) that may violate moral principles and good conduct, especially since it is a virtual community for interaction and relationships among Christians;
e. exempt itself from any degree of civil or criminal liability arising from problems or conflicts between its customers, both inside and outside the Gospel Love application, that may arise from the content of information, images, and messages exchanged between its users, which are the sole responsibility of the users themselves.
3. User Data Deletion:
All users of the Gospel Love application have the freedom to delete their account and, consequently, the associated data at any time.

After the user deletes their account, all data that could identify the user is permanently deleted from the database servers, including name and email. Some information that does not identify the user may remain stored in the database for statistical purposes, data analysis, and other uses by the company that owns the Gospel Love application (IDEATEC SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA).
4. Final Provisions:
All users of the Gospel Love application should treat each other with politeness, respect, and good manners within our virtual community, in order to provide a cheerful, fun, and family-friendly environment for everyone, thereby supporting our main goal of bringing people together through healthy relationships guided by Christian principles and teachings.
From the moment of registration and initial access to the Gospel Love application, the user will automatically declare their acceptance and full awareness of all the provisions contained in this PRIVACY POLICY.
