Required disclosure for Google Play / App Store — how to delete your Gospel Love account and data.

This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data Gospel Love stores about you. We handle your data in accordance with data protection laws, including the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law) and the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation).

Delete directly in the app (fastest)

Open Gospel Love, then go to Options → Settings → My Profile Options → Delete Account (at the bottom of the screen). Deleting your account also deletes your data — no additional steps needed.

Note: deleting or deactivating your account does not cancel an active Premium subscription. Cancel it separately through Google Play or the App Store subscription settings.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We'll confirm your identity, delete the data associated with your account, and notify you by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

All data that can identify you — including your name, email address, browsing history, and profile information — is permanently deleted from our servers. Some non-identifying information may be kept for accounting, legal, or statistical purposes, as allowed under LGPD/GDPR; we'll flag any such exception if it applies to your request.

Your rights
