At Gospel Love, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse. This policy outlines our measures to prevent, detect, and address CSAE on our platform.
1. Age Restriction
Our platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide access to users under the age of 18.
As part of registration, users must enter their date of birth, and any attempt to register with an age under 18 is automatically blocked. If we become aware of an underage user accessing the platform, we immediately suspend or terminate the account.
2. Prohibited Content
We strictly prohibit content that:
- Depicts or promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse;
- Sexualizes minors, including real or fictional representations;
- Displays unaccompanied or unclothed minors, even in non-sexual contexts.
3. Reporting and Moderation
We use a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review accounts and messages for policy violations. Users can report suspicious or inappropriate behavior through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting [email protected]. All reports are investigated promptly.
4. Preventative Measures
- Content moderation: AI-driven tools detect and block potentially explicit images or other inappropriate content.
- Profile monitoring: regular review of profiles and interactions to identify policy violations.
- Reporting system: users are encouraged to report suspicious behavior directly in-app.
5. Collaboration with Authorities
We are fully committed to working with the appropriate legal and regulatory authorities to address and prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation. If we detect content or behavior involving child abuse or exploitation, we take immediate action — including suspending the account and reporting the case to the relevant authorities. Our team cooperates with investigations and shares necessary information securely and responsibly to support law enforcement.
