How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Cancellation of the subscription can be done by the user themselves through the Google Play Store platform. Here are the instructions:
1. Access the Play Store app on your cell phone.
2. Click on the round button in the upper right corner.
3. Click on the option Payments and Subscriptions.
4. Click on Subscriptions.
5. Select the Gospel Love app.
6. Follow the instructions.
Note: Once the subscription is canceled, no future charges will be made and you will continue to enjoy Premium access until the contracted end date.
How do I recover a Premium subscription from another account?
If you have deleted your account associated with a Premium subscription, or if you want to transfer the Premium subscription from another account to your current account, please request the subscription migration using the contact form above.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account or deactivate your profile go to Options >>> Settings >>> My Profile Options >>> Delete Account (at the bottom of the screen).
Note: Deleting or deactivating the account does NOT suspend active Premium subscriptions. You may suspend your subscription directly through Google Play.
How do I send written messages through chat?
To send written messages through chat, it is necessary that a Match has occurred between the couple, that is, both have liked each other. However, to send ready messages, it is NOT necessary that a match has occurred and this is a great way to get the attention of someone you liked.
How do I report a profile/person?
If you identify an inappropriate profile or have any kind of problem with another user of the app, please report that profile by following the steps below:
1. Open the profile you want to report by clicking on the photo.
2. Click on the icon of the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
3. Click on Report User.
4. Fill in the requested information and click the button to send the report.
How do I make my profile more interesting and highly exposed?
Here are some tips to increase the exposure of your profile and make it more interesting:
1. Include at least 3 beautiful pictures with good resolution.
2. Fill your profile with as much information as possible. This increases the strength of your profile and it is presented to more people.
3. Access the app at least every 2 days to keep your profile highly exposed.
4. Consider becoming Premium. Premium users have increased exposure, meaning your profile will be seen by more people.
How do I include photos and edit my profile?
To edit your profile and your photos go to the My Profile option in the lower menu.
How do I see who liked me?
Only Premium users have access to the WHO LIKED ME contact list.
