Safety at Gospel Love

Connections built on faith, respect, and safety

Safety starts with good information. Learn how to protect your account, recognize suspicious behavior, and use Gospel Love reporting tools.

If you are in immediate danger or believe a crime has occurred, stop contact and reach out to your local authorities.

Protect your information

  • Never share passwords, authentication codes, bank details, or identity documents.
  • Avoid sharing your home address, workplace, or routine before trust has been established.
  • Keep early conversations in Gospel Love chat and be cautious if someone immediately pushes you to another channel.

Recognize possible scams

  • Never send money, gifts, mobile credit, or financial information to someone you met through the app.
  • Be cautious of urgent requests, inconsistent stories, investment promises, or claims of an emergency.
  • If someone asks for money or behaves suspiciously, end the conversation and report the profile.

How to report a profile

  • Open the person’s profile and use the options menu in the upper-right corner.
  • Select “Report,” choose the most appropriate reason, and describe what happened with useful details.
  • The team may review the report and take appropriate action. Do not report someone as retaliation or simply because you are not interested.

Allowed photos and content

  • Use only your own clear, appropriate photos for a Christian dating community.
  • Do not post nudity, sexual content, violence, offensive material, or photographs of other people.
  • Some images may undergo automated review. If you believe you were blocked by mistake, request a review from support.

Protect your account

  • Create a strong password and do not reuse passwords from other services.
  • Never share access or recovery codes, even if someone claims to represent Gospel Love.
  • If you suspect someone accessed your account, change your password and contact support.

Meet in person more safely

  • Talk until you feel comfortable and consider a video call before meeting.
  • Choose a public place, tell someone you trust about your plans, and arrange your own transportation.
  • Trust your instincts. You can end a conversation or leave a meeting at any time.

My account was blocked. Can I request a review?

Yes. Blocks may occur after reports or during photo validation. If you believe there was a mistake, provide support with your registered email. The request will be reviewed, but a review does not guarantee that the account will be restored.
